I tried playing with the registry, and none of the possible entries I found worked. Same thing with the inf file and all the apps out there--no luck. So I'm back at 23.11 until Nvidia gets their act together.
Hi, the available downloads for the 28.32 Detonators including the Refreshrate Fix work. First i thought they don`t but when i uninstalled the drivers first and then reinstalled the 28.32 incl. the Fix they work just fine (Windows XP in my case)
I tried uninstalling my previous drivers, but I still can not get the refresh rate fix to work. I thought I was pretty tech savvy, but I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Ok, I was a bonehead and didn't download the latest nv file from the internet in the Refresh Rate Fix program. It works great now.
