The only difference between all other machines in that office is that these two machines are running 466mhz proccessors ...most likely celerons I believe......all other machines are atleast PII's. Multiple OS's have been used and same results....anyway here is the error recieved ...
ADISynth.dll bug assertion
a debug assertion has occured in the ADISynth.dll
Assertion flash message
unable to determine cpu speed from system registry
file E:\msdev\nt4ddk\src\mmedia\adisynth\adisynth_cpentuimtimestamp.cpp
line 00049 attached to process 0xa2
..we know this is either a motherboard bios issue or most likely a processor issue but we really didnt want the cost of up[censored] these additional computers....If any one knows of a patch or bios upgrade....Please that would be great.......

Which motherboard? If the processors are truly Celerons, then there is probably no official support available. The ABIT BP6 is the only Dual board that will run the 466 Celerons in dual mode without using slocket adapters since it is a socket 370 board. I don't know of any 466 celerons that are not socket cpus so if the motherboard is any other it will be a slot board and sloket adapters would be necessary. If the motherboard is a slot type then the question is which sloket adapters are being used? Just a few things to think about.
