3Com 450 PCI NIC

This is a discussion about 3Com 450 PCI NIC in the Windows Hardware category; I have this HomeConnect 3C450 NIC and am using it to connect to a. EDU connection. I want to run this card under Win2K. . is there some drivers available somewhere, or can I use another 3Com NIC driver that is compatible under Win2K? Please respond with any answers you may have.

I have the same card and pondered and researched it for a month. Also, It's listed in the hardware compatibility section of this site and microsoft's hcl also. It will not work under W2K no matter what. Just pick up a cheap ethernet card that has W2K drivers, they go for real cheap. I payed 10$ for mine and it works great. 3com Homeconnect can kiss my ***. Oh and so can Lexmark for that matter.
