Hi,

I have a 3CR990-TX-95 NIC from 3COM...
After installing Windows XP Pro, I have had several problems with this NIC.
While browsing the Internet the NIC seems to "disconnect" me, the LED on the
switch it is connected to goes out and XP seems to hang for a couple of
seconds. Then everything returns to normal...and I can browse again.
Some times it even "blue screens" on me, telling me that the NDIS (network
drive interface specification) caused some errors and I had to reboot. I
have tried to install the drivers that came on the 3COM CD, but it doesnt
help.

At the moment Im running on a Realtek RTL8139 NIC and everything is working
fine...

Anyone have the same problem as I have? Know of a solution maybe? Please
help...

Best regards
