Currently, it does not look like we'll be able to provide a full-featured
Windows 2000 Professional Voodoo2 to end users. Software Engineering has tried
to work around the problems listed above, but without complete "detached device"
support it will not be possible.
Doh...
One reason i have trouble understanding this..: I have the "hacked" drivers on win 2000 pro 2195 and it works great as a "detached device" OpenGL is good and so is GLide i could care less about DirectX support..
So unless somebody discovers a workaround for this im not even going to install these drivers
Comments? Questions? Please post em as i would like to figure out a workaround

Where can I get these hacked drivers to run Glide games?
I have a PCI card with a Voodoo Banshee Chipset. Does anyone for see this kind of problem with the banshees' as well? if so I guess I must resign myself to getting a new 3dfx card soon.
