509b in XP

This is a discussion about 509b in XP in the Windows Hardware category; I cant get my 3com 509b isa card working in windows XP. 3com have not made any drivers and I cant find any in windows. Anyone have any tips?.

Is that a Plug and Play model? Damn, I can't believe Microsoft did not include drivers for every 3Com card out there.
 
You think you get qwality when you throw big cash for a 3Com NIC, but it looks like you get phucked over sometimes. Pretty much all no-names, based on the Realtek chipsets are recognized (except in lame a$$ BeOS).
 
Try and see if the W2K drivers work...

Yeah it sucks, i will try to use the win2k drivers on the win2k cd..
worth a try...i could work..

No, I ment the W2K drivers from 3Com...I mean they HAVE to have some kinda drivers for a product of theirs, right? lol
