98 to win2k upgrade but programs can't find their sublinks
98 to win2k upgrade but programs can't find their sublinks ie. dll etc. Should I FDISK the HD for a clean install? Is this lack of upgrade success a MS feature? ;( Thanks in Advance ! Greg.

No need to FDISK, just get the Win2K setup to reformat the hard disk for you.

Yup You're always better off starting from a clean install if possible.
