A little help, please?
Alright this is the problem. I just recently got myself a copy of windows xp (final version) The problem is that whenever I play Quake2, I have this massive packetloss and my ping is very unstable between 80 and 200.

The problem is that whenever I play Quake2, I have this massive packetloss and my ping is very unstable between 80 and 200.
While I had windows98 my ping was 30-50.
Does anyone know whats going on?
hardware specs: Geforce2MX, pentium3 733mhz, sondblaster and microsstar chipset.
PS: I have run the Geforcetweak utility and disabled the personal firewall built in winxp, neither worked
I have also tried every cl_maxfps/rate there is so thats not th problem either.
