The reason I ask is I update a webpage that is case specific, and I often transfer the files from one computer another (work to home) and often in transfering the files the case of the filenames gets changed (have yet to figure out the exact reason why).. The web server itself is case sensitive so I end up with all sorts of duplicate filenames..
If I could force upper or lower case I'd be safe from this pain in the butt problem..
Thanks in advance,
