ABIT ST6-Raid

I am attempting to build a NT 4. 0 system on asystem with the ABIT ST6-Raid Main Board. I get the following message immediately after loading the HighPoit 370 drivers via Floppy Disk. File \nt\HPT3xxNT.

I am attempting to build a NT 4.0 system on asystem with the ABIT ST6-Raid Main Board.
 
I get the following message immediately after loading the HighPoit 370 drivers via Floppy Disk.
 
"File \nt\HPT3xxNT.sys caused an unexpected error (18) at line 1155 in D:\nt\private\ntos\boot\setup\oemdisk.c."
 
Does anyone know what this means?
