Acer Travel mate 2700 Laptop

hi all plaese forgive me it this is the wrong forum. My laptop is FAT32 is it worth my while converting it to NTFS? I have tried but it seems not to work. Can anyone please tell what i might be doing wrong.

If using Windows 2000 or XP then yes it is worth changing filesystem to NTFS.
1. Open a command prompt
2. Type CONVERT C: /FS:NTFS (where C: is drive letter)
3. Reboot
