I request help to activate the TV-Out function of my 3dfx Voodoo3 3000 card.
I recently installed WinXP and now I can't find out how to refer the output to the TV instead of the screen.
In WinMe I used to rightclick the desktop, then Properties, then Settings, then Advanced and then there used to be a 3dfx tab with all the options for changing output to TV.
Now, in XP, when I get to Advanced there is NO such 3dfx tab and I am stuck.
Anyone who can help please let me know what to do.
I have tried to install 3rd party drivers from sites such as voodoofiles.com, but then the whole display goes wrong and all that happenes is that colors are reduced to 4 bit (!!) and I have to use System Restore to get back to normal display.
What is the solution?
Please send me sugggestions.
Thanks.

You'll have to install drivers for your voodoo.WinXP drivers are minimum and they don't support glide, opengl and obviously 3dfx tools.Go to:

Download the drivers that this dude modified. They're working fine for me and i get to have the tools and TV out support(haven't tested the TV out but it's there on the advanced display properties so i assume it should be working).
