Can you login with Administrator? Do you use the Welcome screen?
Try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del couple times to get classic (win 2000 style) login screen. Then type Your account name and password.

Control Panel->User Accounts->Administrator->Remove Password or something like that.

OP
Thank you Wilhelmus for the quick reply. I couldn't get the screen to change to the Classic Log in. I am able to log in as the Administrator but it won't allow a change to the set up to get rid of the password. It said the only way to get rid of the password is to make a new admin and have them delete the old admin account. I did that and of course it wiped all the settings from the old account. So I had to system restore to get all of my old settings back. All I want to do is just find a way to remove it asking me for the password.

Thanks again
