Or, if you're tired of typing, right-click on My Computer and select Manage. You can also access Administrative Tools through the Control Panel or have them show on your Start MEnu by selecting them in the Properties. I tend to use a combination of all of them depending on what I'm doing at the time.

Also, I've got this program called CTFMON.EXE running on auto when the computer starts up.
 
Could someone please tell me what it does, and maybe if I can disable it?
