Agfa SnapScan 1212u

This is a discussion about Agfa SnapScan 1212u in the Windows Hardware category; I can see that the 1212u is working if you manual shows the installation (added under New Hardware on NT Compatibles homepage), where the files is, but I get no such option, and when I try to run ScanWise it say Please connect or switch on your scanner ?? Any suggestion Kenneth

Just install the scanwise software.
Then add the scanner to your hardware list Windows will not be able to find two files when it is installing the device, just tell win2k where to get them, you can use search to find there location.

It works now, apperently there was some "leftover" from scanwise 1.0, with ScanWise 1.20, I had no problem.
