AGP Apature Size?

Running Geforce 2 mx, and have my AGP Apature size set at 64 in my bios (BE6 mb). Someone said I should have it at 128. Can someone confirm this, and/or tell me what the difference is, and what Apature size is? Thanks =).

Last time I looked at the GeForce FAQ, it said to set your aperture size to half of your physical RAM. I have 256MB of RAM, so it's set at 128MB aperture. I've seen many people who say that they see no difference between 64MB and 128MB or 256MB, so there is opposition to the 1/2-theory.

I think it's www.geforcefaq.com or www.geforcefaq.org

It seems to make a much bigger difference if you use a 3dfx agp card. I have 384MB ram, and Ive just left the apeture size as 256 MB, just because I used to have a Voodoo 4 and that helped it out. I dont know how much it affects the GF/2-series, though.
Play around and see if you notice any thing.
