ALERT! LIVE UPDATE IS BEHIND!
So far on over a hundred machines i have verified this. To prove it I purposely infected a computer that only connects to the internet for Live update and pcAnywhere. Infected with the sobig and nachi viruses I ran live update.
So far on over a hundred machines i have verified this. To prove it I purposely infected a computer that only connects to the internet for Live update and pcAnywhere. Infected with the sobig and nachi viruses I ran live update. Then I ran a scan of the whole machine and came up clean. I then applied the update from the link below and scanned again, what do you know IT FOUND THE VIRI!!!!
So for a few days now I have been cleaning viruses off of computers that initially said were clean!

I would estimate that LIve update is about 3-5 days behind the manual download defs!!! It says as of 3 days ago...8-20-03 after up[censored] via live update and manual is 8-29-03 !!!! This is not a good thing.
I have seen this on NAV 2001 - 2003 Pro and on Corporate Edition 7.5 -7.6
