Hi
I'm doing a major roleout of Windows XP Pro workstations at several locations connecting to NT4 servers. At the first site everything went perfectly.
At the second site, once I connect the Windows XP Pro workstation to the server, and then login to the server, some policy or reg hack slams down on the machine that does not allow my desktop or start menu to appear that is under All Users, only my default user desktop and start menu appear.

It is something with the NT 4 server. I know the workstations are OK. I have already copied the ntconfig.pol from another site that I have completed already and replaced it in the c:\winnt\system32\repl\import to confirm that it isn't that.

Any suggestions?

I am having the same problems I thought it might be a corrupt registry.pol but it's doing it to my NT server that I just rebooted..

Anyone have ANY ideas?
