At first when I installed I thought this was a bug, hell maybe it is I dunno, but you know that little toobar with the 4 icons on it that pops up whenever you put your cursor over an image such as a jpg? Well that's annoying and it's especially annoying because whenever I have my cursor on the desktop that little toolbar comes up in the upper left hand corner of my desktop beneath the icons. How do I disable that annoying little thing? And why does Microshaft continue to put crap like this in programs.

Sorry but that's not an option for me. I want to get rid of toolbar without having to turn off active desktop. I like having nice backgrounds.
i made my background in photoshop 1280x1024 pixels...it's nice and pretty..

You can turn it off in advanced options. Can't remember where cos I'm back on 5.5 now, but it can be disabled.
