Ok. Forget my previous post about dual channel this has nothing to do with that this is just a question about RAM in general.
From what I understand you can use ram that is a higher frequency than the mobo supports but the memory will only run as fast as the mobo supports right?
Also, this only applies to FASTER ram and NOT slower ram right? If the ram is slower than what the mobo supports then the ram will not work but if its faster it will just work at a slower speed right???
