Any Ideas on Brand of DVD-Rom drive Makers?

Hey all, I'm looking into getting a DVD_Rom (not writer) for use in watching DVD's while at the 'puter. I have priced out some models and the reviews of the brands go either way. Any preferential unit models and manuf's you could suggest would be great.

I have been happy with my Toshiba 16x DVD player. I have heard that Pioneer makes good DVD players also.

Pioneer's are great, but I now have a Mitsumi DVD-ROM and it's nice. It's quiet and fast(16x DVD 50x CD). It happens to be an ATA-100 drive. Mitsumi just started making DVD-ROM's and DVD writers recently. I got this one from newegg.com for $33.00.
