Any Suggestions?

It's spec's are as follows Intel P3 450MHz 256 MB RAM compaq ps/2 mouse generic keyboard i440bx Intel Motherboard 40 Gig WD HDD 52x24x52 CD/RW 48x CD-ROM Anyway, everytime I restart my computer, both my mouse and keyboard do not work.

You can try to update BIOS and drivers first.
Oh, and also remember to apply service pack 3 as well.

Check if your mouse and keyboard are listed in the Device Manager.

Ok.. this was really dumb.. (since both mouse and keyboard do not work)
But anyway, did this happen right after you installed Win2000?? And one more question.. are you sure that your mouse and keyboard are working at all??

to answer your question nebulus, yes my mouse and keyboard do in fact work, but only If I shut down then start up. If I do a restart of any kind (even if I did not install software) both become un-useable.
I will do a service pack update and see what happends.
