the game only allows me to get the the multiplayer loading screen. . . it wont let my pc pick up any other players. . . wat is going on??? i hav all the patches and i switch off all the firewalls on the pc and my anti-virus software.

You have to join by IP. If you are hosting a game then you will need to open some ports in your firewall (or router, if applicable).
