Whenever i start any game of AOE2 my screen scrolls up to the top and stays there, if i move it back down it just scrolls back up again. I reinstall the newest catalyst drivers from ati and every other game is working with my Radeon 9600. I even tried reinstalling directx 9.0c to see if that fixed the problem but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
