WinRar as it now supports 7-zip archives, great for my, ahem, collection of stuff I still however use the old DOS based ZIP tool for my older DOS boxes for game archives and such

7-zip.
 
It opens everything else and it's free....also has highest compression ratio's which matters the most to me.
