ATI Mobility 7500 vs other chips

This is a discussion about ATI Mobility 7500 vs other chips in the Windows Hardware category; Hi, all. Got a question I'm sure someone can help with. I'm shopping for laptops. How does the ATI Mobility 7500 Radeon compare with the GeForce Go and the ATI Mobility 9000 chipsets, as far as both productivity and gaming go? Much thanks.

Well, I realize that, I just mean how much.

Never mind the 9000 then, just the Geforce Go vs the 7500.

It looks like the geforce4 440 go is less powerful than the ATI Radeon 9000 mobility. However they seem to be pretty close. Read this: http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1692&p=1 . So I would assume that the 7500 is less powerful than the Geforce4 440 Go. Basically the 7500 is the worst of the bunch. I would go with the 9000 in terms of lifetime that you will get out of it. The 7500 Radeon is already outdated in terms of gaming.

I guess I probably should've clarified. I'm trying to find a laptop in the right pricerange with the right combo of features. Been a little tough. Dell puts the ATI 7500 in their midrange laptop. ;(
