Hello again everyone.
I have an issue thats been bugging me for ages.
I currently have an ATI Radeon 9600XT (128 MB).
I've always had issues where when I run a dual monitor setup, the 2nd monitor always has some distortion/interference.
When I say that I mean things like if I have an explorer window open, I can put it in the middle so half dipslays on each monitor, but the half on the 2nd monitor always has 'artifacts'. Like the right edge of the window always looks like it two or three vertical lines next to it, text always looks like it has artifacts to the right of it... etc.
I've had the same issues before. I used to run a Radeon 8500, and had the same issues. It got to the point where at one time I had a 2nd video card. FYI, I'm only running once video card now, and I have the most recent ATI catalyst drivers, from 7/7/2004.
Anyway, my current setup is P4 3.0GHze, WinXp Pro, 1024 MB RAM, Radeon 9600XT 128 MB, 19" BenQ FP951 LCD, 17" Envision EN7100e LCD.
I used to run a Viewsonic 17" A70f CRT as the 2nd monitor and had the same issue as well.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

As I understand it, and having seen this on similar boards, ATI has not perfected the dual monitor setup to the degree that Nvidia has.
