Everything installs for me, but there is no picture. Hopefully in a week or so they will release drivers for XP.

When I went to update from Win2k to WinXP, my TV Wonder was crashing the setup during "installing devices", so I pulled it out, finished setup. Stuck her back in after and installed the drivers and MMC 7.1. Works fine.

Do any of you guys have NVidia cards? If so, what chipset and what drivers are you running? I have a GTS, using a bunch of different drivers. Won't even work in Win2000 Pro, much less XP. I get no video, just sound.

i have an nvidia geforce2 mx card and have the same problems, scrambled video but the sound works....i can get it too work by switching back and forth between 32 and 16 bit colour while running the ati program.

i have tried other programs, such as Windvr and powervcr 2...the video works fine for both but when i start to change channels the sound eventually stops working.

Easiest Way to get the TV Tuner working when the video is scrambled
is to right click on ure desktop (which brings up a popup menu) right after u launch the TV Tuner. For some reason when the popup window is up while the TV Tuner loads it screws with the overlay and then the video becomes clear. But it only works when the app is loading, not while its already loaded. And if already have the application loaded and say u go to record mode and then back to TV mode it gets scrambled again, the easiest trick i use is to bring up a Command Prompt window. Just Type CMD in the run dialog box, and then full screen it (ALT-ENTER) and then type exit to close it, and then the TV Tuner should be unscrambled again. Someones gotta nag ATI about this problem, cause its the same problem they had when Win2K comes out. I use a Geforce2 MX and it runs perfectly in Win2K with the 7.1 Set but has that Scrambled Video Problem in XP. I don't think ATI actually tests these drivers with anything besides their own video card products, and i tend to believe that owners of Radeons or whatnot might not get these problems.

What is the deal, I've read the posts here, but I don't see anyone with the same problem I have with this. My problem is: After I downloaded XP Drivers and Direct X 8.0 and done everything else that everybody told me to do, (I even called ATI's tech support 3 times) it still doesn't work, I get a Tv Failed to Initialize video error. Then it says to please make sure I have the right drivers or else it is in use by something else. Anybody else have this error. I got the launchpad to install ok, and all the other stuff is working, ie; the cd players etc.

I do not have the teletext decoder on mine, how come???? I've got the rest of the stuff, and when I called ATI they said five things was all I needed there. I knew I was missing something. Now where do I get that. Give me a little more detail if you would please.

Thanks

Don't ask me how to get the Teletext Setup, it gets detected automatically on my system and uses the ATINTTXX.SYS file

Good Luck

Anyone one else have any ideas? The changing of screen resolutions, etc isn't working for me. ATI cannot figure it out. Anyone?

Thanks Jr8110!

Your trick is working for my ATI TV Tuner. This card always seems to have problems with new OS's and hardware. I really do wonder how well ATI tests them. I hope they post new drivers ASAP.

Btw, anyone else who has gotten the drivers working have you noticed the following? First, the video quality is not as good as under Win98. The video actually seems to stutter at times. As well, when you run the Channel Scan feature all the channels have a strong yellow tint.
