Dual boot W2K/W98

Abit BP6 with Dual Celeron 366@550

AGP: Creative Lab Geforce 2 (IRQ:11)
PCI 1: Creative Lab Live Value (IRQ:11,5)
PCI 2: ATI TV Wonder (IRQ:10)
PCI 3: Adaptec 2940 SCSI card sharing IRQ with onboard HPT, no drives attached (IRQ:14)
PCI 4: Promise Fasttrack 66 raid card sharing IRQ with USB, no USB device attached (IRQ:15)
PCI 5: no device
ISA 1: Aopen ALN 101 network card (IRQ:3)
ISA 1: Zoom ISA 56k fax modem (IRQ:4)

To my surprise, the geforce 2 can share IRQ with Live maybe both card from same manufacturer, anyway D3D games are all smooth in both W2K and Win98, I have no opengl games, so I can't test stablity.

Also have to disable PNP function on both ISA cards and assign IRQ through jumper for the modem and software settings for Network card. If I don't one of the ISA PNP card will take up IRQ:10 and forced the TV wonder to use IRQ:4 which the TV wonder refuses to work with this IRQ even tho it is not sharing with other device.

Finally, the W2K beta driver work all right with my setup and I can watch stereo TV while I work. One thing I like is to have my favorite TV program as background while I work in front of it. My TV wonder is an OEM package of the new revision (BT878 chipset)

My geforce uses Nivida reference driver 7.17 for W2k and 6.67 for W98 (both O/S installed DX 8) I have also compared The TV wonder with APAC Viewcomp 878 ( www.amaxhk.com) and Zoltrix Genie TV ( www.zoltrix) both of these cards look similiar and uses the same chipset as ATI TV Wonder (BT878) but both didn't mention if TV is stereo only FM is stereo and both have remote control (two things that ATI don't have) but the picture quality is worse than ATI and ATI has BTSC stereo Decoder for TV which neither APAC nor Zoltrix has. Price wise, both APAC and Zoltrx is same price while my OEM TV wonder cost $7 more.

The shop which I brought the ATI was installing an APAC on a system and an ATI on another system with same specs except the TV card, the salesperson let me watch both to compare, if not I would have brought either Zoltrix or APAC for they cost less but with FM radio function plus a remote control and they uses the same BT878 chipset as the ATI. As I said before while comparing I notice that both Zoltrix and APAC have no option for SAP thus may not be a Stereo TV device, sales person can't find anything about TV being stereo in the manual and with the software. Picture and sound quality, ATI win hands down. ATI can also do full screen background while we are not sure if the software that come with APAC/Zoltrix can as we can't find the control.

Finally a question, possibly a stupid one , are the TV stereo signal processed by the BT878?

OP
Why shouldn't it? I have disabled both onboard IDE controller thus releasing IRQ 14 and 15 the SCSI and Promise raid card pick them up. Since I think you know computers more than me, is there a PCI Network card that can share IRQ with the Promise raid card? Tried both 3Com 900B and Aopen aln-201, both refuses to work.
