Audio Problem

I was using the Add or Remove Programs thing because I was trying to delete something but I accidently deleted the wrong thing.

So here's the problem. I was using the Add or Remove Programs thing because I was trying to delete something but I accidently deleted the wrong thing. Now the audio won't work on websites and on windows media player, like hearing the music play on myspace and the sound on the videos on youtube. I don't know what I have to download but PLEASE help. Does anybody know what I have to download? And where do I download it from? PLEASE HELP ME! I'm panicing right now~
