Auto Install

This is a discussion about Auto Install in the Customization Tweaking category; How do I get rid of the irritating Rundll is trying to access the internet message when I try to install new programs ? I have Windows XP home. I do not want that function at all. (Sorry, wrong forum, couldn`t delete) Andrew.
