my best is 2261 with win xp which is nothing special but pretty impressive for this old dog. I have been meaning to do one in winme for comparison but haven't gotten around too it yet.

Im gonna stick with the Detonator Drivers as Descent 3 wont crash after exiting a game (BSOD for the nv4.dll with hercules drivers)

Theres a benchmarking program called 3DMark2000, and thats what we're referring to. I believe that http://www.the-ctrl-alt-del.com has it available to download. The company that makes it is putting out 3DMark2001, but that requires a bit more muscle to push around. So you'd get some humiliating scores.
