Best ATA-100 card?
This is a discussion about Best ATA-100 card? in the Windows Hardware category; Currently im running on ATA33 and am planning on upgrading to ATA100 when I get my new 45gb ibm deskstar hdd which is ata100 capable. I have heard ata100 is actually good and has some performance inrease, unlike ata66 over ata33.

I have heard ata100 is actually good and has some performance inrease, unlike ata66 over ata33. I have seen two main ata100 cards on the market, one by promise and one by abit - which one is better? Does one have better performance/reliability/compatability? Ive seen quite a few driver updates and stuff for the promise one, I dont know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Any suggestions?
