Best soundcard for dolby digital amplifier

I got a JVC RX-7012R amplifier. It has got digital/optical inputs and I was wondering what would be the best soundcard that has a digital/optical output. The amplifier supports dolby digital and DTS.

Just about anything with an SPDIF digital output (optical or copper it doesn't matter, adaptors exist for conversion either way) would suffice since the signals remain in the digital domain until they get to the amplifier and as such aren't degraded by the soundcards audio section (or even the PC) in any way. Your SBLive should be more than adequate.

Yours will do fine as Admiral said. If you have to have the optical,
get the SB Live 5.1 Digital.
It has an optical out instead of SPDIF.
Retails about USD$40-45
