Odd..very odd, at first I thought it may have been a typo but if you add up..
15MB 3DRAM (frame & local buffer)
16MB CDRAM(texture)GRAPHICS PERFORMANCE 3Dvectors, 3.3M per second 3Dtriangles, 3.3M per second Texture fill rate 70M pixels/sec
you get 31...very strange indeed
