First Problem

Just installed the latest drivers for the asus geforce 6800 ddr graphics card !!! When it loads up it just goes to a blanc black screen and does nothing at all !!!! So i went in to the bios and changed it to agp x 2 and it f***** worked the next time i booted up !!!!
But now i can't run it at agp x 4, this happens exactly the same when i install the latest Nvidia drivers as well !!!!

Second Problem

I can't get my pioneer dvd 10x 40x to run dvds without them jerking up all the time!!
i have all the latest drivers installed, for my motherboard, graphics card and so on !!!!
But the the main problem is that it don't like dma mode, when selected under windows me and 98se the drive just disapears !!!!
so im running win 2k at the mo, to see if this made any difference's at all !!! and no it didn't !!!

I have tryed many dvd software players and this hasn't fixed the problem at all !!! and bios upgrades !!!

Has anybody else had these same promblems !!!
Or does anybody Know how to fix them !!!!

Search the main page here for the VIA Win2k AGP 4x fix

I did this, and with it, I managed to run my GeForce(CL Annihilator Pro) at both AGP 4x and Fast Writes enabled.

Still tweaking mine right now to make it all work..

I have an Asus K7V, and all I seem to be getting are ntoskrnl errors--did you ever get these?>
