What kind of video card you got? Have you updated your drivers or are you using the ones that came with Windows 2000?

Use 6.50 Drivers from Nvidia.

Always use the Official.

I believe they are, these are the drivers that came with the CD.....

Would it be the drivers that are making the blue screen? i believe its more windows2k based.

try removing it from your device manager, re-scanning for hardware changes, and then using the 6.62 WHQL Win2k drivers.

Having the drivers that came with the CD isn't exactly a good thing. My computer blue screened constantly during games when I was using the drivers that came off the CD. Downloading AND installing updated drivers did the trick. I'm certain that's all you need to do.

hmm, it says something about irqa or iraq or something of the sort (i stress that its not IRQ) being not less than even or something?

I'll try and write it down when it next happens

I'll also download some drivers, the problem is, i am very happy with the speed of these drivers, the last time i updated drivers the rendering slowed down so much.

Do you know of any dets that are suited for the Geforce 2 MX on an Athlon pc using win2k ?

Thanx

Your using ACPI.

1. What kind of mobo are you using?
2. What mobo bios ver?
3. What video card bios ver?
4. Try the latest 7.52 and see if that fixes your prob. (Most likely NOT).
5. Go into System Information and show us what IRQ's you are sharing.

Did you get the patch for AMD procs under 2k?
Go to AMDs website and look around. AMDs chips have some problem running games under 2k, so they put out some tiny registry patch, just a few hundred k.
