Boot Menu Disappeared?!
This is a discussion about Boot Menu Disappeared?! in the Customization Tweaking category; Hi I just did a fresh install of XP on drive D. Then I realise that 98SE on C needed cleaning out so I did the same with 98SE. Now my boot menu has disappeared! How do I get it back? Thanks. Mak.

Just do a repair install of XP and youll get it back

How do I go about that?
I won't have to resintall anything will I? (As I have just spent ages up[censored] it using windowsupdate).

Boot to the recovery console, using an ERD disk, and type fixbmr and fixboot.
If you dont have an ERD disk, boot off the cd.
If you dont have an ERD disk, boot off the cd.
