Booting 2K with Numlock ?

Everytime Win 2K boots up it turnos off the Numlock status. However I'd like to have it turned on so that it doesn't need to be done manually each time you boot up and log-on.

Is there any registry key which to change to achive it, or is there somewhere an checkbo in the control panel for it which I didn't find so far
