Booting a Raid 1 Hard drive on a standard ide mb

This is a discussion about Booting a Raid 1 Hard drive on a standard ide mb in the Everything New Technology category; Is there a way to boot one of the mirror hard drive off a standard ide channel? These hard drives are out of an old server that we put bigger drives in. I'm running Windows 2000 Server Family with an AMD MP 1600 adn 2 gigs of memory.

No problem, it is a true mirror, so it is every bit as good as a regular disk.
