boot.ini lost
This is a discussion about boot.ini lost in the Customization Tweaking category; I have been erased the file boot. ini I have one that works, but it doesn't show the windows 98 that I have in the extended partition D: somebody has a boot. ini that can send me? this has to have two systems for the boot: XP/9x Thank you.

Just add C:\="Microsoft Windows 98" to the end of your boot.ini. And yes, it's c:\, not d:\, because win9x always places the boot files on the first partition.
