BSOB at shutdown or restart- any ideas?

This is a discussion about BSOB at shutdown or restart- any ideas? in the Windows Hardware category; i get a BSOD od restart of shutdown- any ideas anyone- the BSOD says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL it seems to start when i installed 12. 90 Win2K drivers fr my Elsa 920. May try some other ones- anyone know which GF drivers work for sure in XP?.
