Burning a hole

I have just gotten my final pay check from my summer job, so I have an extra $150-200 burning a hole in my pocket. I was thinking of dropping it into my machine, as getting a new computer was the reason I was working over the summer.

My specs are below. Any suggestions on the best upgrades for my wee bit o' cash? I was thinking another 128MB RAM, and a new SCSI card. Or, a CD-RW.
