Can anyone tell what error this is for in 2000pro?

This is a discussion about Can anyone tell what error this is for in 2000pro? in the Windows Software category; This error message i get when booting up 2000 pro Application popup: Windows - Unable to Load Device Driver : \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\TSISTRM. SYS device driver could not be loaded. Error Status was 0xc0000034 Any help much thanked in advance!!.

This error message i get when booting up 2000 pro
 
Application popup: Windows - Unable to Load Device Driver : \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\TSISTRM.SYS device driver could not be loaded. Error Status was 0xc0000034

well lets see, it is pretty self explaining, i guess you just installed some driver and after rebooting that driver is not able to load by win2k, so run win2k in safe mode and uninstall the driver, now why the driver doesnt want to load, that is a whole another world of questions....wanna help there, than you got to give us more info...what driver what hardware...so on and so on...

Ok havent installed any driver.What I need to know is what that
(TSISTRM.SYS device driver) is so that I could redo it.I thank you for posting a reply.Didnt think I was gonna get any hehehehe.Thank you!!

Hi, I did a search at google and came up with the company LAPLINK.
 
Maybe you got some of their software installed?
