Cannot access workgroups under Win2000 Server

We have a small workgroup of 5 PCs (Pentium III) loaded with Win2000 Pro and 1 PC (Pentium IV) with Win2000 Server. Under Win2k Pro all PCs see each other but they do not see the Win2k Server and it cannot see the Win2k Pro PCs.

I've set all the PCs with the same Workgroup parameters but everything works except the Win2k server!

I've changed the networking card on the Win2k server but the problem insists...

Any ideas that may solve this problem will be appreciated!!!

Thank you in advance,
HULKAROS

If you have server, why don't you configure it as a domain controller? Then export the settings etc to others.
But before that you have to configure nt5 pro boxes as domain members, and set necessary permissions on the server.
That should sort you out.

PS. give them internal IP's instead of names only.
This is the point of having server.

You may want to look at who is allowed to access your server over a network:

Admin Tools > Local Security Policy > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment.
