STOP: 0x00000036 (parameter, parameter, parameter, parameter) DEVICE_REFERENCE_COUNT_NOT_ZERO
Explanation:
This is a Windows 2000 Executive character-mode STOP message. It indicates an attempt was made to delete a device object whose reference count was non-zero. A non-zero reference count means that there are still outstanding references to the device. There might be a problem in calling the device driver.
