Can't change users group even with admin account...
This is a discussion about Can't change users group even with admin account... in the Windows Software category; When I go into the Local Users and Groups => Users => & then I try to change the users group under the users Member of it says. . . The following error occured while attempting to read the properties for the user Administrator: Access is denied.
When I go into the "Local Users and Groups" => "Users" => & then I try to change the users group under the users "Member of" it says...
"The following error occured while attempting to read the properties for the user Administrator:
Access is denied."
Any suggestions?

ya, the problem was a registry entry I modified. I fixed it, thanks anyways.
