Cant Change XP Site Ops with IIS?!

This is a discussion about Cant Change XP Site Ops with IIS?! in the Windows Networking category; I have a FTP server installed with IIS, but for some reason the Site Administrators box is greyed out. Anyone know why i can't enable this??.
