Here's my network configuration:
================================
Server pc:
----------
Win2k Pro with ip 192.168.0.1 and guest access enabled, C drive shared and printer shared.
Client pc:
----------
Winxp with ip 192.168.0.2
The only way to make my shared C drive show up in my network places was to enable guest account (i didn't have to do that when the client pc was running win2kpro too).
I can see my files on the shared C but i can't copy them to my harddrive.
I get following error:
"Cannot copy [filename]: access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use."
The weird thing is i don't get this with all files...Some copy just fine.
Can someone help me with this.
Thanks.
