Cant download in ME

This is a discussion about Cant download in ME in the Legacy OS category; I just got DSL, now when I try to download, the download window pops up and disappears. It never ask me where to download, and the program never downloads. .

Is this with IE 5.5 or some other browser? Do you have any download managers running like GetRight, GoZilla!, DAP, or Flashget?
